The Educe Group Engagement Methodology

Elicit/ Educate
Objective: Align project with business goals, engage stakeholders, and define requirements.
Deliverables: Pre-Engagement Questionnaire, Project Charter, High Level Project Phase Schedule, Business Requirements Matrix, Stakeholder Communication Matrix
Design
Objective: Create and plan technical and functional solutions.
Deliverables: Solution Design and Strategy Document, Technical Specifications, Detailed Project Schedule
Unify
Objective: Configure/ model systems, develop and install code, gather and organize content, create training and support materials.
Deliverables: System configuration and modeling, custom code and reports, support and training materials
Confirm
Objective: Validate system matches design and delivers intended functionality for stakeholders.
Deliverables: Testing scripts, Testing Organizer, validated system
Execute/ Evaluate
Objective: Roll-out system, deliver cutover support and training, transition to empower system support, analyze project effectiveness and determine next steps.
Deliverables: Cutover Checklist, Post-Engagement Questionnaires, Knowledge Transfer and Lessons Learned Document
